Update: The Kevin the manager resolved my issue the next day. The tool was never opened and I shouldnt have been charged the restocking fee.
Dont waste your time. Just go to a real hardware store. I was lured in by adds for some new hercules and bauer tools with some attractive price tags. Be prepared to pay a 20% restocking fee when they dont perform well.
