I hope my story can WARN and help other people. I got masseter Botox here on August 22nd 2024 for my wedding on October 6th 2024. A few days after the injections my whole right cheek up to my eye was numb. My smile looked like after you get numbed by the dentist but worse, and I was disfigured. It cause wrinkles on my upper cheek, and a deep dimple where I never had one before. I have included before and after photos, from my normal smile to the crooked one I still have now. It is October 25 2024 today and I am still numb and cannot smile. I have had masseter Botox for years at Kucumber Lounge in Bellevue and I have never had this happen. I did get a full refund, however nothing can make up for how disfigured I was on my wedding day and still am today. The provider told me "this has never happened" to her before as I sat and cried in her office and told me there is "nothing she can do". Just pay full price somewhere else and learn from my lesson!

Don't do it! I'm 51 with some crows feet. I've had to go back 3 x for her to redo it. And still sucks! I've had botox several times b4 and never had a problem. Don't waste your money. This was 5 days after 3 attempt
