Went in to get a patch made on 3/31/25 and spoke with this guy who said that he was the owner. I wanted to say "player of the year southern section."Told him what I wanted and took notes and also gave him a sample picture of the idea. I asked him when the patch would be ready, and he said in a week and a half. So I asked if he was going to e-mail me a rendering to aprove, and he said if I do that, it's only going to push the delivery date back. He said that they had been doing this for 30+years. So I took his word for it and let him do his thing since he's got a lot of experience. So on 4/15/25, I get a call to pick up the patch. Pick up the patch, and there's misspelling on it, so I told them, and then they said they were going to fix it. Then in on 4/24/25, I get another call saying that it's ready. Pick up the patch and still some misspelling. Let them know that there's misspelling, and they say ok will fix it. On 5/1/25, I got another phone call saying it's ready. I got there, and they fixed the misspelling but decided to change the color of some of the lettering. Told them I only wanted the misspelling fixed, and the owner tried to blame one of the girls that I had talked to. He said he would fix it, so on 5/13/25, I got another call saying it's ready and they fixed the coloring on the letters but decided to change the color of the border. I told them it was wrong and asked to get it fixed, so they called me the next day and told me it was ready. After 4 times the 5th time, they got it right. Don't waste your time like I did go somewhere else it seems like they are running an amateur show there. Posting pictures to prove the kind of work...
Read moreI came in on 9/11/24 to order a letterman jacket for my son. I had a tight timeline as I was trying to have it for his senior portraits in a month. The due date was 10/8/24 but I spoke to Jose and understood they had a family medical emergency and I was OK with that being delayed a few days. Unfortunately, my son and I made a mistake in choosing the color and when I came in, it was the wrong red. Reds are so hard! I was devastated as this was a Friday and his pictures were the following Monday. We would have to order a whole new jacket. Jose rushed the process to get us the right color and within days he had the jacket and was ready to sew the patches on. Given the situation, and the fact that I would have to pay for a new jacket, he didn’t charge a rush fee and provided a discount off the second jacket, which I appreciate. I’m here picking it up today and they are still putting on the final touches but it looks amazing! It’s been a painful process and it’s much more difficult to order than I expected, and I am sad my son didn’t have it for his senior portraits but I’m very happy with the product I am getting and am so happy my mistake resulted in no more than a one week delay. It took a lot less time to get it done here even with the mistake than it would have elsewhere. My only advice is, make sure you have the correct colors. Bring a sample with you of the colors or bring another kid’s jacket to save yourself the heartache and extra money to make corrections. The colors look way different on individual swatches than they do once the jacket is fully...
Read moreI was looking for a letterman jacket and came across this place. I drove down for the Inland empire to see about the jacket. The person that helped me was Gaby she helped explain the process from the color scheme to the patches. she even showed me examples and styles. when it came down to my school logo she told me that they can make the logo there as long as I had a picture of it. I can’t wait to pick up my letterman jacket in a few weeks. If your looking for a place for a lettermen jacket I will recommend the drive...
