So I will start off and say the technician guy and I had a conversation about there front desk help associate. He asked me to leave a review. After a brief debate and conversation about the front desk lady. I noticed that they gave themselves 5* on my behalf. That's horrible and disgusting. Please check your device for fraudulent activity. I only noticed because I saw I got points for leaving a review. I had just picked up my phone. The technician basically told me that due to a high demographic of Hispanics (over 60% of their customers) in the area. The front desk lady couldn't even talk to me because she barely spoke English. Authorized T-mobile repair center for the win. Chito not to be confused with Cheeto repaired/ replaced my screen in under 20 minutes. He greeted me as I arrived and let me know he would be right with me as he was finishing up with a customer. When it was my turn the transaction was seamless and Chito let me know my phone would be ready for pickup in under 30 minutes, he even asked if there was another number he could call when my phone was ready for pick up. 20 minutes later I received a call that my phone was ready.
