I really didn't want to give this place a bad rating, because the store it'self was actually really good and had fair prices, but it was the employee working there that really killed it for me, and made me not want to come back.

He was a younger guy, and he just seemed so bored and unenthusiastic about everything; As if he didn't enjoy his job, and just wanted to get it over with.

I was going through one of the albums they had, and found two coins I wanted to know the price to, so I asked. He told me the prices were on the back, but these two didn't have a price on them. I flipped the page, and showed him they were indeed missing price tags. So, he typed them in on the computer, in read me the prices, and when talking about the second of the two, he said "And the cleaned one is--" to which he told me the price.

The coin didn't have anything on the flip that said it was cleaned, and that kind of annoyed me, especially since the flips themselves had so much information on them. I guess something as serious as cleaning wasn't important enough to mention. I'm sure it was fairly obvious, but I hadn't pulled out my loupe to check for signs of cleaning, so I said: "Oh, that one's cleaned?" And he simply said: "Yeah. Obviously" in a rather rude manner.

Overall, I did get two nice coins for a great price, but that employee completely ruined the experience, and I will not...

Been going here for over a year now to get my coins. When I visit there is always a great selection of coins at a good price. Each time I stop by to make a purchase whether it be just a few pieces of junk silver or some 1.oz silver rounds straight from the mint. I’ve always had knowledgeable and informative service with a smile. I have confidence that when I make a purchase I’m getting a good deal over spot price and it competes with the online dealer markets also. There aren’t many coins shops in the area and its worth the trip to check it out if your a novice coin collector just getting into the hobby or someone who has been collecting and searching for a special coin for their collection for years. They also have binder books of stamps and paper currencies from around the world at different points in time over the last century. Your also helping a local business and keeping the hobby alive and well...

First time stopping by this shop and TJ is a superstar. He will help you find whatever you are looking for and he answers your questions patiently.

They have stock of most things a coin collector might enjoy. They had a number of paper currency and many specialty bullion pieces. They also have supplies for coin roll hunting and preserving your treasures. Very large selection and friendly service from TJ.

The store itself is very large and contains cabinets full of wonderful rare coins. The other side of the store has trading cards and collectibles not related to coins or currency.

I ended up getting a few special mint sets including the 1976 clad bicentennial. I wasn't looking specifically for silver or gold because I do not have the budget. However I will definitely be excited to return to the store.
