Rude Owner and I will never call or go in there!!! The first time calling this establishment. I had always heard that the food and service was excellent. The lady that answered the phone and took my order was so kind, and very helpful as I had to ask many questions. However, when she stepped away to tally my order up I heard and man & woman yelling at each other and the man was cussing very loudly and then the person that had been talking to me started yelling. I over heard all of this while on hold. I hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the person that I had first spoken with but the lady on the phone said no, what do you want? I preceded to explain that I hung up because while on hold I heard cussing and yelling. At first the woman YELLED into the phone to me? "What did you hear? What cussing did you here, What did you here. She stated this 4 times and then identified herself as the owner. When I tried to speak again she hung up one me??? I don't understand... I was a first time customer, going to place a Nice order!!! Rude!!! She did state that she was having a discussion with a customer. Well he was certainly rude to the owner BUT I should have been put on hold and why did she feel she needed to raise her voice to me and then hang up the phone with...

Best pizza in the area! They do not offer delivery, it is worth picking up! Maria is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. ALL the staff working there have been there for quite a long time and are all very pleasant and attentive, but give them a break sometimes. They are the best around and haven’t had their quality or service suffer during these awful and short staffed times. It’s incredible, they are always so personable and kind. You will see this when you walk in and see the gifts loved ones have given Maria, she is the best!! If you are a frequent customer you have seen a Maria answer the phone two at a time, she doesn’t play when it comes to her business. You know when you had a long day and you just want reliable food that you will eat all of? This place is it. Please be extra kind to restaurant workers during these times, we all need to...

The calzones are really good, but if you call on a weekend and they tell you to pick up your order in a half hour, you'll be waiting even longer. We called here on a Friday night when they told us to pick up in 30 minutes. We drove down a half hour later and my husband ran in to grab our order, but was waiting inside for another 40 minutes! We would have appreciated it if they had told us they were super busy and that it was going to taker longer than usual. I was stuck waiting in the car with our dog all that time. We thought it was ridiculous.

If they had told us the food was going to take an hour or more, we could have planned accordingly. We will be back only because this is the first pizza place my husband has really liked since we moved to the area, but plan to only order...
