Decided around 7 that I was going to grab some pho, thought I’d give this place a try. My cousin always stops by here when he can to order crab rangoons and he loves theirs. They said my order was going to be ready for pickup in about 5-10 minutes and it was. Pretty good pho! I bought the regular size bowl of steak pho, an order of egg rolls and a taro bubble tea. All tasted good. Spring rolls were a little over fried but didn’t affect the taste. Last minute ordered the taro bubble tea with ease. They made sure I was all good to go before I left the counter. I tipped for the cleanliness of the restaurant and great customer service. Really nice people. Side note: I never had pho to go and googled if the steak would come raw and it tends to unless you ask for it to be cooked. No problem, the pho broth is hot enough to cook the thin slices of steak. This was new to me since I’ve never had pho as take out. You can always ask for extra of the choice of meat you choose. In my past experiences, I’ve never had a ton of meat in my pho and it seems to always be that way no matter if I was in the Midwest, down south of WA or here in Bellingham.

Arrived and sat down, only to wait an unreasonably long time for anyone to take our order. Half our group wasn’t interested in pho, which is why we chose this place over Pho 99. They asked for sandwiches, but the waiter—who looked visibly annoyed—flat-out refused, claiming it was too busy to prepare anything but pho. We even said we didn’t mind waiting, but he insisted he wouldn’t make anything until every other customer had left and was quite unpleasant about it. We ordered drinks, but they never arrived. The pho itself was disappointing—bland, with barely any meat. The only positive was the price, but even that doesn’t make up for the experience. Definitely won’t be returning.

The friendly and attentive staff ensures that guests feel welcome and taken care of throughout their visit. The menu offers a variety of pho options, all of which feature a rich, aromatic broth, tender meat, and an assortment of fresh herbs and accompaniments. The portions are generous, and the pricing is reasonable, making Pho 360 an excellent choice for anyone seeking a satisfying and flavorful meal in a comfortable setting. The overall experience was great, and the food was amazing. The Pho was amazing, and I would recommend if you are in the area and interested in looking for some good pho.

I really want to like this place. Their a family business trying to get a start during a pandemic. That takes guts, and they deserve a fair shot. That's why I've been here 3 times over the past 2 weeks. But 3 strikes and your out. Every time my order has been wrong, always a wrong item and also always missing an item. The wait time is always an extra 10-20mins after what they said not counting the time it takes them to fix their mistakes. And worst of all they don't wear masks while cooking.

I spoke with the guy the second time, but the third time (yesterday) I saw them do the same thing to the lady in front of me. Missing an item, and a wrong item. And the dude who was their before either of us had been waiting for seemingly over 40mins for a pick up (all my experiences have been pick up orders).

The good; Price is fair, quality of food is as expected for the price, which is decent. The employees seem like genuinely nice people, and their quick to fix their mistakes without fuss.

It's a new family owned restaurant in town and that deserves patronage on its own. I just can't recommend this place for the previously mentioned reasons. If you have more patience than me, are more forgiving, and want to support local business then go for it. If you want the food you ordered when it was supposed to be done and you want it right the first time then avoid.

Also you have to wear a mask, employees. That's grounds to loose your business license and potentially harm the community you're trying to service.

I wish them the best, and hopefully they work out the kinks...

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Spent $82 here for takeout and barely got any meat in our pho order. They also got our order wrong and when ordering through the phone, they wanted us to pay through the phone because they were scared we wouldn’t come pickup our order. When we realized that we didn’t get the correct order, we called them 5+ times and those calls went to voicemail. I’ve read some reviews about how they barely give you any meat but decided to give this place a try anyway and honestly, should have listened to the reviews. We went back with our order and instead of apologizing for getting our order wrong and not picking up our calls, we were given excuses. The guy did not offer any solution to the problem and kept giving us excuses on why we were given small scraps of meat. Do not waste your time and money on this place. I have never had to return a pho takeout order before nor have I ever had such an experience like this and am so disappointed that this was the impression they wanted to give their...
