This is best experience I’ve ever had with any company. I called to inquire about a rear shock and they (Chris) took the time to answer tons of questions for me in order to make sure I was getting the right parts for my bike. Chris actually informed me about things I didn’t ask about but needed to know for the install and swap of parts. He was patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Then after receiving the shock, I thought there was an issue with it and again, Lost Co came to the rescue and not only offered to return the part to make me happy but called the manufacturer of the product to find out what was going on and discovered, that what I thought was a blemish on the product was in fact part of the manufacturing process. They called me back to inform me about their new found information and did all that without me asking them to. This level of service made me feel like they truly value me as a business partner. This is only one experience of a few I have had with them and every time they have made me feel like my business is sacred. Kudos to Lost Co for ensuring customer service is the most important part of their business in a day and age where everyone else seems to not care any more. Read moreNever knew Mike but loved watching a young guy get a business going, just bought a new dh bike and had a spongy brake after one ride so decided to take it to The Lost Co for a bleed. Coming back 3 days later, I was nervous to hear he encountered a weird issue on my brakes pistons and master cylinder (talking a brand new brake). THIS is what separates Mike. I was worried that I was now going to have pay for a new brake or argue with the manufacturer and be out of a ride for a while etc. I showed up to the shop and Mike proceeds to let me know "I took it up with the company, and they are sending you a brand new replacement brake, will be here tuesday. I won't charge you for the bleed and instead I can just charge for a brake install when you come in for the swap which will require a bleed." So he saved me $30 in service on a fair perspective as if he was the customer, took up the issue with the company FOR ME, and had a solution laid out with the quickest turn around before I even walked in. Read moreSo where do I start, ordered a fork for my build and wanted to change my setup, gave the shop a call and they made the change with no issues! Then advised it wouldnt work for my setup as i have a not normal hub setup. Instead of just selling me a part they had the concern to make sure i was getting the proper part and sales went to second over me getting the proper part! After finding a solution we went forward with my last minute changed order, with the weekend coming i (last minute) asked for overnight shipping at 8am and they quickly called with new overnight shipping change at 8:30am!!! So I will be riding for the weekend on new build. What a awesome shop to work with, really went out of their way to not only insure compatibility with parts but making last second changes to order and shipping!!
