The Gorgonzola is probably our favorite with the Send it coming in a close second. Itâs permanently parked at Stemma, which is truly one of the best breweries around with lots of both indoor and outdoor seating and both dog and kid friendly. Theyâve thought of everything at the stand- coloring books, toys and sandwiches for kids, dog treats, soup to dip your sandwich in, pickles đ„ you name it. The owners and staff are always having a great time listening to music and dressing up in different themes- you can tell they love people and that makes their sandwiches taste even better đâ„ïž Great prices too, you can easily go as a group and spend tons less feeding a hungry crew. I found the Burntside down to be a little underwhelming, especially considering it was named after the food truck. The mozzarella and monterey jack were overwhelming and flavorless. I feel like using a sharp cheddar as the main cheese wouldâve been a better move especially when pairing it with the candied bacon. I love when mozzarella helps make something extra cheesy, but it didnât pair well in my opinion. My partner got the Caprese and when trying a bite it was incredible! There was so much flavor packed in. The tomato and balsamic gave it that extra kick I was looking for. Overall Iâd say they make good grilled cheese. Itâs worth checking out, but it probably wonât be an every week spot I go to visit. If itâs hot out prepare to...
