I absolutely love Smoking Crow!! They truly go above and beyond to ensure that the customer has a great experience and leaves the store learning something new. I am the kind of shopper that purchases one item I know I love and then try a new product to keep my options open and I have never been disappointed by the advice and suggestions that this knowledgeable (and super-patient) staff has provided. Their discounts are incomparable to other stores with the rewards program of up to 30% the entire order, daily and weekly discounts, to even supporting out troops and valuing our senior citizens with a 20% off discount.

The Crow crew is honest, family-oriented, and truly one of the most impressive group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I truly look forward to these visits because I can’t remember the last time I entered a business and left the store laughing. For instance, the last time I went to Smoking Crow, my purchase time was only ten minutes, but I ended up hanging out for half an hour just laughing and learning. They even allow pets into the store with no problem. There is this little bulldog named "Yoda" who belongs to staff member Bree and I literally held him in my arms like a baby while Taylor "Rainbow" was helping me decide (among the many products) what to buy, just amazing!! Not only did I end up purchasing under budget, but I also ended up saving $12 on this one visit alone. My experience at Smoking Crow has always been amazing. Not only is the quality of the products crazy good but the people that work there are the real reason I keep coming back. When I first moved to Bellingham I had the pleasure of finding smoking crow and who was there the first time I came in but Bree. She was so kind and welcoming, asked me about what I moved here for and was all around great vibes. To this day she is my favorite person from smoking crow and it always makes me so happy to see her face when I come in. I also want to shout out Garrett, he is the kindest man who has ever lived and I love chatting with him. His tattoos are awesome and he always wants to know what is going on in my life. Generally had a good experience here. I've been here numerous times and have like 400 points to use. My last visit, I purchased a $50 1g cart. The cart was burning the oil and you can taste the burnt oil. I was using a normal 510 threaded battery setup. Could not get a good hit. Resistance on coil was way too high causing the coils to overheat the oil. I've returned/exchanged cartridges before with no issue. This time I had an issue with a gal at Smoking Crow. She wouldn't exchange my bad cart. She even says "Just because you think it tastes bad, doesnt mean it isnt working". We even went outside to test the cart because she didn't believe me. After hearing a little bit more BS from the budtender, I walked off and went to Top Shelf up the road. Best decision I've made today.
