BenchCraft Jewelers was the only place that assured me they could resize my complicated ring...and they did a GREAT job! I needed to resize 3.5 sizes up, on a complicated ring that presented some challenges. I took my ring to 4 other different places to get estimates, 3 of them said they were not sure it could be done due to possibly morphing the face of the ring. They also send out to resize certain rings to be done by someone else.

The very knowledgeable and skilled owner of Benchcraft, Mr. Tony, pointed to his machines and said "I do them right here, at this location" and proceeded to explain to me the different ways he would work with the ring to ensure it had a proper resizing. I expressed the worry about it being ruined, and he took the time to tell me what options we had, and told me more about my ring! He also cleaned it for me on the spot.

Mr. Tony and his wife who own BenchCraft were so delightful, knowledgeable, and very very skilled. I did not feel pressured to leave my ring, and the quote was very fair. I trusted my ring was in good hands. It was the only place I felt confident could resize my ring. I got my ring back earlier than expected and it looks SO BEAUTIFUL.

My ring fits perfect, nothing was compromised, and it was even more cleaned and GLOWING!

Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with—he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and provided valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. Although I didn’t end up using the resizing service this time, I truly appreciated his honest advice and professionalism. I will definitely continue to recommend this jeweler for their exceptional customer care.
