Lisa’s Family Pizzeria — Restaurant in Belmont

Never have felt the need to write a review but here we go… ordered dinner for delivery last night around 5:40pm, said it should arrive around 6:30pm, sweet. 6:30pm went and passed, I get it everyone is short staffed and busy on a Saturday night. Around 7:30 I get a random picture with no context from the delivery driver of a building that is not mine. I proceed to send him my exact location to where he says “I am in this place, you can come and get it, I don’t speak English”. After now finally getting through the one of the restaurants lines after 8pm they attempted to help (after blaming me for using a “wrong address”) but the delivery still never arrived. Just called this morning to ask about a refund, said they processed it but proceeded to hang up on me after I had asked about anything else they can do to make this right. I spent almost 3 hours trying to get my food and ended up empty handed. I just hope they improve their means of customer service so this does not happen to...

Lisa's Family Pizzeria in Belmont is an A++ across the board. Most importantly, the food is superior quality. Secondly the prices are more competitive than anyone in the area. I have been in Watertown for 10 years and Lisa's pizza is in a league of their own with the taste and quality of their pizza, and they have a number of pizza and food options to choose from. I have also had their chicken stir fry sub which is mouthwatering, and their chicken wings this week exceeded all expectations. The family owned business also has a very friendly family making the atmosphere very comfortable. I have yet to go wrong with anything I have ordered. If you are also on the move and need a quick hit with 2 cheese slices and a soda it is $5 which includes tax, and if fresh out of the oven it is incredibly delicious and ridiculously reasonable for $5. Stopped by Lisa’s Family Pizzeria in Belmont and had a fantastic experience. The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—definitely some of the best I’ve had in the area. The crust had the perfect crunch, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio was spot on. You can tell they care about quality here.

While I was waiting for my order, a guy walked in and confidently told the staff, “You guys have the best steak and cheese pizza in Belmont.” That caught my attention, so I ordered one for the road—and wow, he wasn’t lying. The steak was tender, cheesy, and loaded with flavor, all packed into a crispy, golden crust. It’s easily a must-try if you’re a fan of steak and cheese.

The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the whole place had that classic, welcoming neighborhood pizzeria vibe. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or feeding a group, Lisa’s hits the spot.
