Nice guys, hands down. I match their service with Joe's.

Downfall. Gave me a quote. Couldn't get 2 retainers off of my truck. Was missing a part that should have been ordered weeks in advance (speed sensor). They scramble told me this would take 2 trips in, Meaning 2 mornings of my time, 2 half days at work.

Long story short they say they found the new parts necessary and the speed sensor that should have been ordered 2 weeks prior in Steubenville. I told them I'll run to get them because I have things that need done today, cant sit all day in a shop.

Come back to a new quote that's $300 more.

Good freaking people but this was horrible. Has the nerve to say "we have to make some sort of money off of this job" then says "your trucks been on the lift all day, we do easy alignments for $69.95. Those are easy 1 hour jobs, im not saying you have to pay for it but"

Nice guys just put the shaft to me when all I did was run to get parts for my truck so they didn't have to relieve someone else and...

I have heard HORRIBLE stories about these guys but idk if it’s a different group of guys or what because I’m not from here but they are a VERY GOOD group of guys and I use both locations But VERY professional and was up front about everything. Quick story ...my truck was having issues...pretty major...anyway with this covid-19 parts was taking a little linger tha usual with that being said ...these guys was calling around and was willing to go get them for me ...I was standing there listening to the WHOLE thang...I could write more because that was just one issue they took care of but ...it would take to long...SO !!! In other words...great guys ...great manager...& great mechanics all the way around. That’s in Belmont...I went to the other place in Barnesville to get rims and tires...& those guys was great also...so...I will continue to use these guys as long as I’m working here....THANKS !!!
