I called them today to make an EARLY payment.. and ask about buying something else. The person (SANDRA) who answered the phone. Picked it up asked me to hold. Then picked the phone up again. Took my payment then hung up. I called back, She answered the phone again. I asked to speak with someone, who would help me. Since she hung up. The tone in her voice was NOT professional at all. I asked to just speak to the manager. She stated “There is NO manager here”. So I told her ok. I’ll call a store that will help me. Then told her you can hang up again. And she did!

I called the Janesville store and The assistant manager there. Was super Nice VERY professional and answered the question I had. She also apologized for the way the Beloit store spoke to me.

Extremely annoyed. Got a fridge from them and 3 weeks later it doesn't work. Call on Sat and was told I have to deal with it until the manager comes in on Monday. If you're okay paying 3x as much and getting hounded by people 5 times on a busy day during work hours for being a day late on a payment.
