So I recently moved to Beloit and in doing soy transferred eight of my prescriptions to this pharmacy in doing so I was given a prescription for 120 pills once a month and when I started going to this pharmacy it was switched to 60 pills twice a month as I work 62 hours a week I did not catch it at first and then when I did I called the pharmacy and asked why I was being charged four times for something that I should have only been charged two times four when my script was for 120 tablets why was I only getting 60 at a time? They gave me the runaround and then proceeded to say oh well we didn't have enough to fill it all, so that inquired why they did not put and I owe you sticker that put that they owed me a certain amount of pills before a certain amount of date and then inform me that they did not have the entire script but they would order more on their next supplies so they would be able to continue to fill my prescription in it's entirety, they did not inform me, I used to work in a pharmacy whenever we were short supplies and we didn't have enough to fill the clients prescription we always put an IOU on there that stated we did not have it until this date which was when we got our next truck with the supplies on it which we had then added this to the order so that way we would be able to cover the entire prescription at once and then we would inform the client that we were in fact not giving them their entire prescription when they came back to get the rest of their script they also were not charged an additional script charge because they already paid for the entirety of the script before, so I asked them about this and they gave me a runaround and so finally I asked in a very short clipped raised voice tone why I was being charged four times in 2 months for a prescription for 120 tablets, she finally told me that they did not have it in supply they have then sent it a request over to my doctor for him to rewrite the prescription for 60 tablets every two weeks so they could fill my script without having to order more supplies costing me twice the amount and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional do not recommend do not go here if you expect any kind of quality or...
Read moreNOT YELLING I JUST TYPE IN CAPS IN HOPES THIS WILL SAVE SOMEONE A TRIP. I TRIED BUYING CITRI CAL WITH MY FLEX CARD AND THIS WALGREENS IN BELOIT WI ON PRAIRIE AVENUE THEIR SYSTEM WOULDN'T PROCESS THE ITEM. I WENT DOWN THE ROAD TO CVS ON PRAIRIE AVENUE AND BOUGHT CITRI CAL WITH THE SAME FLEX CARD WITH NO ISSUES. I THEN GO IN TO BUY A NEO G HINGED OPEN KNEE SUPPORT AT WALGREENS ON PRAIRIE AVENUE WITH MY FLEX CARD AND THEIR SYSTEM WOULDN'T PROCESS THE SALE. I WILL END UP GOING BACK TO CVS TO BUY MY KNEE SUPPORT WITH MY FLEX CARD BECAUSE CVS I NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES WHERE IT DINT PROCESS FOR MEDICAL STUFF. I EVEN BOUGHT $68.00 IN SUPPLEMENTS AT CVS ON PRAIRIE AVENUE IN BELOIT AND IT PROCESSED WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. THE STAFF AT WALGREENS ALWAYS TELL ME IT'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY CARD. YET ONE WALGREENS STAFF TOLD ME THERE IS OTHERS THAT HAVE COME IN TO USE THEIR FLEX CARDS AND THEIR CARDS DON'T WORK EITHER. I SAID WHEN OTHERS AND MYSELF CONSISTENTLY HAVE ISSUES WHERE THE WALGREENS SYSTEM WON'T PROCESS PURCHASES ON THEIR FLEX CARD ITEMS CLEARLY ONLY USED FOR MEDICAL REASONS I SAID THAT’S WALGREEN'S SYSTEM. ESPECIALLY WHEN CVS EVERY TIME I'VE BOUGHT MEDICAL STUFF AND EVEN $68.00 IN SUPPLEMENTS I HAVE ZERO PROBLEMS. SO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A NO TROUBLE PURCHASE USING YOUR FLEX CARD DON'T GO TO PRAIRIE AVENUE WALGREENS. GO TO CVS ON PRAIRIE AVENUE. IF I HAVE TIME I'M CALLING DISTRICT OR REGIONAL OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW THEIR SYSTEM IS MESSED UP. HOWEVER, I MIGHT JUST FROM HERE ON OUT BEGIN ALL MY WALGREENS MEDICAL RELATED PURCHASES AT CVS FOR NO ISSUES. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOME PEOPLE. FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH FLEX CARD PURCHASES AT PRAIRIE AVENUE WALGREENS KNOWS...
