This store is trying to overcharge you and has poor management. I saw a posting for a very reasonably priced couch online, then was told that they had sold the couch and it was no longer available. So I then told the woman the price range I had And she told me that she had couches available to come by the store and look. I came in and talked to a really nice sales woman. She seemed really knowledgeable and talked about how different pieces would match different rooms and was just over all very nice. I saw the couch that was in thead that I thought was sold and pointed it out telling her that that was the exact one I saw in the AD and brought up the AD that was still active. She said oh if it’s on the AD we honor those prices and talked about different pick up, delivery, and ordering options. Once again she was very nice. Then I decide to buy it of course and sit down to start to fill it all of the paperwork, when she calls over she manager for an override on the Sale price. When she comes over she says no that they would not honor that price says that she told me that earlier (which she didn’t she told me it was sold) then was very rude to her employee and then said she would only sell me the same couch from the AD for $100 dollars more. I feel like this woman kept the AD for more reasonably priced furniture up to bring customers in and then ask for more money. It’s very shady business. Read moreFirst thing that happened is I paid for delivery and they said they could deliver without me there and then the day of, they changed their mind. I had to pay a friend to go get my mattress set (that is now tearing already...$700 set) and my curio cabinet. Then I told them that I would pay on the 5th of every month and they would call me on the first wanting my payment and then get rude with me when I said I get paid the 5th. I have one more payment to make and I mailed it last week and told them that I did so and they call 6-8 times a day wanting my payment (that I've mailed). Obviously it is lost in the mail, and I will do a stop payment on Monday AM, but that is not good enough for them. I do not live near this Kimbrell's anymore so I am not driving 45 min to take a check. They won't even take a debit card over the phone (ancient are we?) I manage a business and never am I rude nor is my staff. We do not harass customers and I do not tolerate being harassed. Read moreI have been looking for a recliner and loveseat recliner for several months now and I went online to the Kimbrell's Belton, SC store and I found a recliner on sale that I really liked and I wanted to get a reclining loveseat and although it wasn't on sale and it wasn't of the same type of loveseat that actually matched with my recliner I still loved it and I believe it will be a great set and even though due to the storm Hurricane Helene caused a lot of damage to our area in our state and local towns I contacted the Belton store and since they were without power I kept in touch with them and when the power was restored I went in and they honored the sale price of the recliner and I picked out a loveseat as close to the recliner as possible and I am very pleased with my purchase and I will be a lifetime customer of Kimbrells' furniture for as long as I live thank you April and Nathan for being so kind and willing to help me with my purchase and I will highly recommend ya'll to all of my friends and family members who are interested in purchasing any furniture...
