Now Music and Art and not liking the change over. Have had nothing but issues since the transition. Was told I could continue to pay at the store as before. Stopped by today with my check ready only to be informed they no longer accept checks, cash or credit card only. I bought a box of reeds from the Band ROOM and was told they would accept a return if not opened and I needed to exchange them for a different size. Since I was there and my son recently switched instruments I needed to get a different box of reeds. Good news the reeds are now cheaper but the exchange was complicated even with the receipt. Hopefully these issues are due to the transition and perhaps it will get better. I miss the small town feel of...

I hate to rate a place I've never been to... But... It's beyond frustrating to drive over to a place looking to buy an instrument only to have the place closed? I get the fact that I could have called first but the hours on Google maps said they close at 7pm. We got there at 5:45pm. No lights on. No note on door. I even tried to call thinking just maybe they were in the back? No answer . Oh and the hours on the phone say it...

This place was so so great! We contacted another location, but items were currently out of stock. I called this location to double check the availability of the main item we needed, and to my surprise, they had all of the items from our list on hand!
