Had Paul do a remote start for my wife's 2018 dodge journey. I have to say the response and communication between Paul and I was amazing. His company is fast to contact you and talk to you about anything you want. there is no pressure either, which is what i like when talking to someone about something I want to purchase. He gave me a quote that was cheaper than any other places around and was able to fit me in within a few days. I was told to drop my car off at a certain time and when i got there they let me know approx. what time it would be ready. they were right on the money. The start works perfect. They went over exactly how it all works in very simple terms. so if your not good with stuff like this, they have you covered. I have done ALOT of reviews on google and I'm a level 5 reviewer. This is honestly one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. Its good to see family owned businesses that still put the customer first and try to accommodate you instead of just worrying about themselves. Kudos to you Paul. I got a remote starter installed today on my 2010 Honda Civic. I had previously thought about getting one installed at the Honda dealer. They wanted close to $500 for the unit. A friend suggested I check out Paul's Electronics. I went online and saw a groupon offering a remote starter for $149. I called and inquired about that device and was told it was designed for older model vehicles. The employee then told me about another model which would work with my vehicle costing $255 (completely installed). He said the installation would take about 2 hours. I scheduled an appointment for 1/18 at 9:00 AM. I was walking out the door with my new remote starter at 10:15. Can you say; HAPPY CUSTOMER??? Not only were they quick, it cost me much less than what the dealer offered. Three friends have already scheduled installations for their cars!!! I don’t think I can say enough good things about Paul’s electronics. I originally had my remote start installed through them at Hyundai, but there was an issue and apparently Hyundai doesn’t know how to schedule appointments with vendors anymore. I was able to go directly through Paul’s where Carlos went above and beyond to figure out why the remote start wouldn’t work. He was very nice and personable, and he even taught me how to troubleshoot the issue in the future (the issue was not with the remote start).
