The attendee was super helpful as well as the shuttle driver. Helped me save a couple bucks. Things have changed immensely since I last took the train to Center City for jury duty and they were both pleasant & enthusiastic about helping me. Key cards are the new thing instead of purchasing a ticket at the booth, however, since I rarely ever take the train -only for jury duty, it was much cheaper for me to pay the conductor or attendees on the train itself. No police presence. Security company that used to patrol the lot stopped doing it after the pandemic started.
