Tile Gallery — Local services in Bensalem Township

Beautiful inventory. Exemplary service. But the best part of our tile purchase was our designer Angela. From the moment we walked in the door we were met with a smile and professionalism like no other.

Angela put our minds at ease while helping us design our beautiful master bath. This was a large undertaking for us tackle and we showed up on her doorstep stressed out and ill-prepared- with no prior experience about what was involved and how to do any of this. Her knowledge and sense of design is outstanding. We soon went from feeling stressed to thinking 'we've got this'. The tile design that she created is absolutely stunning from the waterfall down to the pebbles on the shower floor.

Angela spent a ton of time with us over many visits and phone calls and never made us feel like we were putting her out. She even took the time to take a box of our actual tiles from out of the warehouse and laid them in variety of patterns on the floor - allowing us to see how they'd look if installed in various configuration and patterns - herringbone, baskets, on diagonals and many other layouts. This just one example of the level of detail she concerned herself with - details we'd otherwise never have known about and options we'd never thought to consider.

We had no surprises during the installation because Angela had laid our final design choices clearly out on paper with exacting directions for our tile setter to follow. How Incredible !!!! Can't wait for Angela to design...

We have been making a concerted effort to support small, local businesses. We needed tile for our new kitchen, so I did a search for tile near me. The closest place had gone out of business, and Tile Gallery was the next closest. I am so glad that it worked out that way. When I entered, I didn't feel like I was being pounced on and was met warmly by Beth. I told her what I had in mind and she quickly got to work finding me different options to match my tastes. I left with some samples to take home, see in the sunlight and compare when looking for counter tops. Since I had my kids with me, Beth offered to email a quote to me instead of having us hang around and wait. It was in my inbox by the time we arrived home. I've been back two more times. Once to confirm my choices, pick out additional pencil tile, return the tile samples and show Beth the counter top sample. The third time to compare with the cabinet samples (natural wood on most, dark blue on island). Beth had great ideas and a lot of information that I needed as a novice tile purchaser. She wasn't pushy, didn't feel like a sales person, and took her time with me. I would give Beth and Tile Gallery 100...

I wish to give a shout out to Angela Sessock at the Tile Gallery in Bensalem for her exceptional service and experience in her industry. The level of service and care I received from Angela was absolutely outstanding. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She kept pulling samples off her displays of everything that matched my Pinterest inspirations. She knows the various materials and all the pros and cons of each helping to identify varying costs and products that will require maintenance every few years which we did not really want. She took the time to find bathroom tile that met all my preferences. She is so detail oriented, patient, kind, and made the daunting process of narrowing down tiles almost effortless. Also to mention when our contractor needed tile much sooner than the shipment would be available from Texas, Angela went right to work finding me a replacement that wouldn’t feel like a second alternative! She is fabulous- such a positive individual with a welcoming smile that is the perfect face representing the company! Also to note she was wonderful with my two young boys who had to accompany me....
