Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Berlin Township

This is the worst place to rent from. I had surgery and had Aaron’s club so they could pay for my stuff until I got back to work. I filled out all the paperwork and sent it in. After it was sent in I started getting calls from Aaron’s wanting to know if I heard from them. I told them it wasn’t my job to figure out what was going on, I was told it was. Got numerous phone calls from them to where it was harassment. I had new furniture delivered and the inconsiderate people who brought it broke it and never done anything about it. I even tried to get the district manager involved but never heard from him and it’s been months. So I told them to come get my furniture and they show up at my house with no appointment, I was at work at the time. I called them and told them to call before you come to my house. Two days later they show up at my house again and never made a appointment with me. These people are inconsiderate, liars, and don’t care about you as a consumer. I will never recommend...

I have never rented from Aaron's, but I highly recommend you dont! I had a friend use me as a referance, they never called me when they used me before approved, but once said friend was behind on their bill they called me repeatedly sometimes multiple times in the day to try and contact the friend. I was harassed like I was the one that owed them money. That last year, I'd forgotten all about them until today. I heard a knock on my door, looked outside, no one. Went back to what I was doing again someone knocked on the door, I went back, this time I looked a little harder. It was Aaron's, knocking on a door three trailers down so HARD it sounded like they were beating on my door. I guess what I'm getting at, if you're gonna rent from them make sure you use refrances you dont like, or pay your darn stuff on time or they'll wake your whole neighborhood up knocking on your door. When I first began doing business with arrons there was a great group of people there, now I get told they will have some furniture for me with in a couple of months and end up never getting it and when asking for information about it get told " I don't know what to tell you!" Then I have to end up having to go to art van to get what we want in a timely fashion then give them another chance to do right and ask them to get us a bed, on the delivery date we were told, I have to call them an hour before the end of their delivery schedule to find out that the guy working didn't know anything about it and the guy that helped set up said delivery wouldn't even talk to me I'm fed up with this location, now I see why I go in there every two weeks and see a new face must mean that they treat their employees just as well as...
