My stand up freezer broke down. I called on the evening of July 3 when I discovered it. Due to the holiday no one got back to me until July 5. By the time they came to get it I had lost $600 worth of food. They wanted me to sign for a second freezer until they could repair and send it back. What good is paying for a service warranty that is no good on a Sunday or a holiday. No one can make an independent decision in the store, they keep saying they have to contact a regional manager.
