I don't normally post a bad review. I was so upset after visiting this merchant. However, the popcorn is DELICIOUS...excellent five stars!. The service was awful. I was getting a tin $40.00 tin and then letting the gal know I was filing another. In the middle of helping me after filling one tin, she totally ignored me and moved on to the next customer asking them what they needed. Totally ignored me and my request. I spent over $80.00 and I was quite upset that in the middle of the sale she just moved on and asked someone else about taking their order. I actually really liked it. The stale thing people report I don’t mind. I became obsessed with a pretty quickly. I’ve only been 3 times. the 1st time, I loved it. 2nd time , uneventful.. brought my sister some too, pretty consistent. Today I went & the customer service could’ve been better. I have been here a few different times. The popcorn is amazing. Although i miss the salt and vinegar. I still come back for the others. The staff has always been so friendly. The last time I was there on this past Sunday, there was an older gentleman and younger woman. Both were so helpful and polite. Smiling and offering assistance.
