Absolutely awful.
The manager as well as the young man I worked with were terribly misinformed. What should have been a simple task of upgrading my phone became a nightmare that forced me to leave Verizon for another carrier.
What really stood out to me above all else was the manager and her terrible customer service. I lost count of all the times she told me, "There is nothing I can do".
As soon as I mentioned that I was having some trouble, trouble created entirely by her employee, her attitude changed from friendly to defensive and mean. Instead of trying to help me to fix the problem that was created entirely by her store, It was as if she fought to find more reasons to tell me that there was, "nothing I can do".
Anyway, I'm done ranting..
If you're going to buy a phone I urge you to do it elsewhere. There are so many places to buy a phone these days. After what I experienced, I can't stress enough that this is the last place on the planet I would recommend.. Don't make the mistake I did of shopping here just...

After going into the store and asking the female manager to help me transfer a line, she told me she could not and I have to call customer service. I left the store and called customer service where I was told the manager was untruthful and I need to do this transfer in the store. A gentleman (in Bernardsville) helped me transfer my line successfully. I then needed to speak to the manager to purchase a new device. I purchased the device, fully paid for and was told it would be in stock on Sunday at noon. I have this in email confirmation. After going back to the store for the third time, the store is closed. I am now leaving the state without a phone that I paid for yesterday. Seriously, don't waste your time. Read moreI am a Verizon Fios customer and had a very big technical service problem that I could not resolve, even after six weeks and many, many hours on the phone. Although this was "officially" out of the scope of what this store does, John was so committed to trying to help me that he devoted significant time to figuring out a way to put me in touch with the right, knowledgeable technical service person (not a slam dunk by any means). Thanks to John, that's exactly what finally happened, and the problem is well on its way to being resolved only several hours later. His helpful tenacity made all the difference: I would have had to leave Verizon if this could not be resolved.
