I'm a regular at tim Hortons since year 2009 and the tim Hortons in Lancaster Ohio on main St is not the best the manager is awesome and the two guys in drive thru also dona good job the inside and outside is nice but the other employees are rude and some of the employees have been there for awhile and always and I mean always get the order wrong sometimes I think on purpose I've called many times and let them know they got my order wrong simple orders too like a ice coffee no white topping no syrup I never get white topping never get syrup and the manager and the two guys at drive thru they always get order right but this one employee that's been there awhile I always tell her plain ice coffee no white topping no syrup and she always puts it on even after I complained to management it's ridiculous and lost a good customer because I'm tired of paying money for my order to be wrong I always tell my family if that certain employee is working I don't want anything from there plus she is rude I've been at tim Hortons and saw many customers get upset with same employee due to getting...

Generally disorganized and poorly managed, with customers often getting wrong orders etc. If they have 10 employees working they'll have one or two in the kitchen, 7 working the drive thru and 1 working the inside cash register. So it usually makes more sense to go to drive thru, even with long lines (common) as you'll get done faster than going inside which is always very slow. I've been on a long line inside and watched all the donuts I wanted disappear in front of me for drive thru customers because they had 1 cashier working inside and everyone else cranking out drive thru orders.
