The Market Place — Local services in Bertrand Township

Hidden treasure in a seemingly boring garage from the outside. This is not a garage. Don't let the exterior boozle you. There is so much more to this place, I was amazed! They have almost everything. Antiques, crystals and new age, games for all platforms, collectibles, used goods and clothes... as I mentioned crystals, the labradorite here is better than anywhere else, ultra flashy. Flashier than any other nearby location. Sleeping tiger, Mystic Beads and earthwear, Niles healing center, all their labradorite is nothing compared to here. The time I was here, I got a small bottle of charoite chips, a labradorite mushroom (has a cobalt blue flash), a labradorite heart (has a perfect rainbow going through it and many other flashes), a super seven crystal (a quartz Frankenstein if you will), and a copy of a childhood video game, Viva Piñata, for Xbox 360. Big place with lots to look at. Hadn't been in to shop in quite sometime. Staff is pretty unfriendly. I'd misread the closing time for this establishment, that's on me, but upon entering the store about quarter to close, I was greeted by only dirty looks. I asked a question, as i was looking for a specific category of item, and got another dirty look from one lady and a no from the other. No one bothered to say "hey we're actually closing up now." Cause I'd have left immediately to allow them to do so. I work retail, i get it. Instead they sent some guy to tell me to get out. No A/C. No public restrooms. No cheer. I've been in this place a couple times it's pretty awesome there is a lot of different stuff in there to choose from a huge variety of different things that they have which is also very cool however one of the people that works in there has made me feel like a criminal every time I've been in there when every time I've been there I paid for everything I've gotten she just seems snobby and comes off pretentious and a bit rude. I almost went there today they have some really cool biker rings in there but some friends of mine would really love and I would really love to buy them but not at the expense of making me feel the way...
