Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Bertrand Township

I must say, as an avid Dunkin Donuts enjoyer, as well as Starbucks, this place is probably my new favorite.

The bagel sandwiches are large, and high quality. The bagel itself is soft with a nice crunch, and is not chewy like dunkins bagels. The sausage egg and cheese variation that I purchased was astounding in terms of quality. The cheese was melted, the sausage had a high fat content that made the sandwich very filling and savory. The egg was soft and fluffy, a perfect addition to contrast the savory sausage and rich cheese.

I also ordered a tuxedo muffin, and let me say, I felt as if I should have been wearing a tux to even eat this work of art. Vanilla and chocolate swirled about, coalescing around a brilliant sweet cream center. I was not prepared for such an extravagant taste bud experience.

The price is definitely worth it. I paid a $.30 premium over the Dunkin’ Donuts bagel sandwich and it was worth every penny. It also is cheaper than any Starbucks item. I often feel with Starbucks the food is easily eaten in a few bites, and I’m left with regret over spending $5 on a subpar sausage and cheddar.

Biggbys excels by taking what Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks are both good at, and combining it into one astounding breakfast experience. You get Dunkin Donuts pricing, with what I would argue is ABOVE Starbucks quality...

Worked here for over a year (recently moved on to become an electrician), amazing owners, the best baristas (especially night shift), bragels are the best so are donut holes and the bigg cookie. Lattes can be expensive. I recommend asking for Iced coffee with whatever flavors you like (Caramel, Mocha, Marshmallow, White Chocolate, Butterscotch, Hazelnut, Vanilla, Coconut, Campfire/smores, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple, Blood Orange, Pineapple, Mango) Iced coffee is much less expensive than Iced lattes. Cream and Sugar are free to add to any drink. Sugar Free Caramel, Hazelnut, Vanilla, and Mocha are available on request. Lots of tea options including herbal tea, matcha, and Chai lattes. I went here for the 1st time and they are horrible. I ordered my drink and food they kept asking me what it was sure that’s fine to like confirm ok I get it. But then when I get to the window my drink was the wrong drink so I asked what’s going to happen to that drink she said we will just give it to someone else. Like Starbucks at least offers you the messed up drink but no not them and my bagel was cold! I was never told my total at the speaker then went I got to the window they didn’t want to take my card for my postings. Never asked if there was anything else I wanted. All I know is I’m not going back to this location. I don’t know what was wrong with that girl but she literally made this the worst...
