Sad to write this, as the first time I purchased from there was smooth. (Beast Recliner). But after calling them back on May 23rd for a specific few pieces of a bed set, it has been terrible. This was a three month ordeal.. It was a specific order and I had no problem waiting, but they did not call me either of the two times it was delayed. I had to call them. Then they tell me it's ready to be delivered so I sit home from 9am until I call at 4:30 pm and they tell me it's not coming and sorry no one called. Then I call after not receiving a call back and they say it was on the truck but accidentally got sent back to the warehouse. When I called Mike to cancel and just get refunded, 5 days later I found myself calling again because I had no call back. Read moreBought a southern motion loveseat and couch from the store a year ago. Couches arrived and did not look like the product we purchased in store. Very poor craftsmanship, lumpy, and puckered/crooked stitching. Within a month, the padding in the kick outs was pushed to the bottom. Grays offered to fix it by sending it to an upholsterer. From conversations, it sounded like this is a known issue with the product. Upholsterer fixed the kick outs; however, did not remedy any other part of the couch. Delivery men never gave advance notice of day/time when they were going to pick up/drop off couches and would call when they were in town asking if we were home.
