Horrible customer service MARIO AGUILAR. I gave a $100 deposit to save a percentage on a wedding dress. I asked if I would get a refund and they said yes. Please NOTE. I spent a little over $500 on invitations. I then came to pick up invites and made them aware KINDLY if I may get my $100 refund due to me finding a dress elsewhere First off he started off with do you have your receipt? I said no ( he had the receipt in front of him ) and goes well you need it! PLEASE NOTE I had already came back twice because they had me back and forth with the incorrect colors of the invitations (I still stayed calm. Then this guy goes well if you go to Macy’s do you need a receipt YES you do so why wouldn’t you bring it here? I go well first of this isn’t Macy’s and I wasn’t told to bring it. He then states WELL WERE BETTER THEN MACYS So I told him you know what I already had an inconvenience with coming back and forth so I think I deserve an apology on how your talking to me so he goes apology for what? I go for all this unconvince and he said no he’s not going to apologize. So I’m like really? He goes YES REALLY because I’m sure when you go to Macy’s you bring your receipt right? So I go well your staff should’ve told me to bring it? So I asked for the owners name for a complaint and he REFUSED. He said to go check on Facebook I asked him to help me look for it and again refused. That being said he has horrible customer service skills and still refused to give me the owners name I will never come back here .

Read moreHad a really bad experience here I took my little sister to go look at dresses for quinceañera and we were looking we found something we like we wanted her to try it on and we asked the lady if she could try it on she nicely told us that there was another quinceanera there And a bride already trying on dresses so to give her a minute so she can take care of them and then she would take care of us then we were waiting looking around and I believe it was the owner I'm not sure it was a different lady came up to us and asked us the dates of her quinceanera we informed there it was a year and a half away and we were just trying to get an idea for her quinceanera dress and so we would have an idea for her theme this other lady said that we could not try on dresses since it was so far away since they do it on your head even though the other lady said it was okay she ended up saying that we can look at catalogs but she couldn't try on dresses and the whole point of us going was so she could see what they would look on her and so she was to get an idea I don't understand why one lady said we could and the other one said we couldn't after I already waiting 20 minutes found that the lady just didn't want to attend us would not recommend coming here you might get told yes by one person and get denied by another I would recommend...

When we walked in we were greeted by someone at the front desk and after a couple of questions about our event date and type they told us to walk around and pick 3 dresses to be tried on. Only 3, no exceptions. This being our first foray into looking for dresses we struggled, but narrowed it down to 3. The try on process is pretty straightforward. The first dress was fine and gave us some idea of the direction we thought we would go in. The 2nd one was almost perfect. The 3rd was awful, and we really hoped we could try one last one similar to the 2nd dress. We considered going to another location they have, but changed our minds after sitting through the sales pitch. This was a 10 minute session of the sales person going over all the items that were "included" in a package we had no interest in. She then proceeded to tell us the price for this could change at any moment, so if we didn't leave a $100 non-refundable deposit we would lose it. To make things worse she would not allow us to have a copy or picture of this "contract" until it was signed. So over all she left us with a bad feeling. We chose to visit a locally owned shop instead and had a much better experience. We will never visit one of these...
