This place is awesome, well there merchandise is,MOST OF THE STAFF&the fact they sell transponder key's,key fobs at reasonable prices & even program them as well! They do have some great gadgets,some must haves, assortment of things 2protect yourself&other's.Their prices are very affordable,if U haven't been 2this store& you're in Bessemer,Alabama or planning on being put Gift's&Gadgets on your list of places 2visit.They're actually cheap on many items, definitely the cheapest place 2buy alot of what they sell!U won't visit w/o buyin something,they have something 4 every1-It's the best if U like gadgets,tools, flashlight's,knife's,camping, Cool things 4 cars,batteries -even watch batteries& batteries 4keyfobs, programmable keyfobs (program them if needed but it's very simple,THEY WILL INSTRUCT U ON HOW 2DIY) they sell mace,stun guns, flashlight/taser combo, alarm's 2scare attacker away &or alert Others 2the situation.Ty,Gift's&Gadgets I'll be back!1of My Top 10...

I have visited the store several times. The last time I went in, the fat wht dude (pistol on hip) kinda rushed up because he thought the cashier and I were having words. We were not. He retreated but I felt a lil threatened therefore i have not been back. This buisness is obviously "family owned" and appears to dislike the minority. I watched how everybody was treated and there was an obvious difference. My review is llllllllong overdue because my last visit was some time ago. This place could get more buisness if the customer service was better. How about yall hire people who look like the people in the community...(hint hint). Anyway, got 1 key made and big dude claimed the other was not programmable.....which was not true! Like I said, this review is overdue but I passed by today and I remeber how I felt that day, nobody paying for a service or patronizing a buisness should never feel that...

I usually don’t do reviews! But couldn’t let ppl know!! They seem so nice but...... I called before going to check about a truck key. They told me they could do it and it would be 59$. Get there and oh you have to have truck here they didn’t tell you! Well I was nice and said no didn’t tell me! Wanted to say duh I would’ve came in truck had I known. Drive back to my house ( 25 mins away) after the guy telling me I could come back they was there till 4:00. I pulled back into their parking lot ( almost an hour later) at 3:51 again after he told me to come back and knowing where I lived. They had closed.... lights off and door locked at 3:51! Never again will I do business with these ppl! IT IS NOT GOOD PRACTICE TO LIE...
