3 stars because I'm a reasonable person. The store has most of your small business and or hobby hardware needs and meets their customers demands for the most part I think. However... the owner has been rude to me on several occasions for no other reason then my appearance it would seem.. the first time I walked in, he was pleasant "not really helpful" but I wasn't in need of assistance. Every single time I visited the store since was not a very good experience. He would talk to me as if I were stupid, act like a smarta$$ and make unnecessary comments as if I were an inconvenience to him by asking minor questions about in store products available. He came off as miserable and thought highly of him self. After the last visit, I no longer spend my money here. Customer service goes a long way with every day...

I asked the person whom answered the phone to speak to someone about pellet stoves, and was told they're not a pellet stove dealer. I told them that's fine, but they should be aware that they're listed on Efficiency Vermont's website as a dealer. The person I spoke with said it sounds like Efficiency Vermont's error and proceeded to hang up on me. Very rude. Will never do business with this company based on this...
