Katie made a great impression with a friendly greeting as we entered this location late at night. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shop and you can tell she takes pride in her customer service, going above and beyond.

I come in every morning. Food is hit or miss. I’ve gotten partially frozen Bacon egg and cheeses before, pizza always tastes unseasoned and doughy. Employees will ignore you until you stand in an empty line for 5-10 minutes. Tried to use the ATM this morning and was sternly told it would be 5 minutes. I waited 5 minutes for it to reboot then tried to withdraw money once I saw the welcome screen. When I used it it told me “ATM ERROR”. Called in a to go order. 20 minute, wait time, let 30 minutes go by walked in to pick up My order stood at the back counter for over 10 minutes without anybody acknowledging or making eye contact. There was 3 people behind the counter. My food was done sitting on top of the pizza warmer. Had to speak up and say something for anybody to acknowledge me. A gentleman was standing beside me at the counter. Waiting to place an order. Had been there since before Me never got to place an order.
