Was traveling & staying in the Bicknell area temporarily, had a health issue & was made to feel like one of the locals. The staff, from the receptionist, the nurses, pharmacy staff to the doctors, a fear was quickly changed into confidence, & I was treated warm, & made comfortable, & the doctor seemed focused on me as a patient, & was not only seeming to listen to me, but proved to be once everything was said & done, & everything the doctor said he would do, unlike every other experience I’ve had in Salt Lake, he actually had completed quickly & completely. I didn’t have to call back to remind them of something they’d forgot, bc it all had been completed before I left the clinic. We were traveling through Utah, when my itchy eye turned into a nasty sinus infection. Faced with a four day drive home to CA, to see my Doc, we decided to try this clinic. We were SO SURPRISED! Better than home (where I have to wait days sometimes to see my Doc.) They took me right away even though I was out of state, and I saw Zack, Dr. Abbot’s very professional PA, who set me up with an anti-allergin and antibiotic for the sinus infection. The well equipped pharmacy is in the same building so I was in and out of there with my meds in under an hour! Very modern facility with caring and professional staff. Sinus infection gone rappent. I called in for antibiotics being concerned about parking in back really scared me. When I finally made my way to the patient room I was told my pain Dr. Justin Archibald waß my attention phycian. He is absolutely my favorite phycian. He over seesy pain management is is the finest I ever seen. I have been burned by the newest contrast dye so my pain changes areas! Gilibrium is the dye. I now live a pain free life.
