I see a lot of complaints on here about them not replacing your vapes. As someone who has been vaping 7 years and shopping at vape stores in over 30 states, every vape shop will not replace your defective vape. You have to contact the manufacturer yourself. Read moreWorst experience ever. Bought a $50 vape pen, the Smok novo x pod about 3 weeks ago. It stopped working on pod #2. I called and spoke with owner. First she said "sorry outside 30 days we can't do anything". I said I think it may have been 3 weeks, she then said "we dont have any return policy. It worked when you left the store" What a joke. Take your business elsewhere. Quick to sell you something, and not stand behind it.
