Rogers Jewelers — Local services in Big Rapids

They have awful customer service; basically every interaction with them has been unpleasant. They all act half annoyed every time you go in, even if it is to purchase something. Five weeks ago, I attempted to order the matching wedding band to my engagement ring that my fiance had bought through Roger's Jewelers. They wouldn't even show me what it looked like and when I asked for a description of it, the jeweler simply said, "it matches". I was told then that my band would be ordered and I would pay when it got in, 2-3 weeks later. I finally called 5 weeks later just to find out it hadn't been ordered and they require payment upfront, which I asked about and was willing to do 5 weeks prior. My fiancé and I stopped in to see what size he was for a wedding band, and to potentially buy one. Usually every time I stop in the service is AMAZING, this time Lori helped us out and although she was truly trying to help, we left feeling irritated. We tried to explain that we wanted the ring to fit well but also have the option to take it off for going to sleep, working with heavy equipment and etc. She questioned us and told us that it wouldn’t hurt and he would have no need to take it off. Absolutely terrible service! I went in to get my ring resized and they messed up the sizing causing it to be too small. After they corrected themselves (making the ring bigger again) my ring was much thinner and the band was wavy and uneven. It was so incredibly disappointing. Once they fixed it for the 3rd time it finally fit, but it does not look as good as when I gave it to them. Not to mention the workers looking annoyed every time I walked in.
