Friendly staff and a great assortment of items. Their inventory fluctuates enough that while you can't count on an exact item being there 100% of the time there's enough variety to still surprise and please. Can I remodel an entire kitchen using this store? Possibly, but it will be tricky and require patience and creativity. However, if this store is considered as a adjunct to a renovation then you should be quite pleased. Aside from renovation projects the store has a ton of furniture, paint, decorative and cookware options.

It's amazing to see the negative responses from some customers. A handful got me smiling when they compared this place to Walmart prices... it's highly suspect of the customers knowledge of quality vs pricing in addition to overhead costs. Additionally having my spouse work for a charitable organization the past decade it's interesting to see the amount of people who feel entitled with prices simply because the organization is incorporated as a charity. Pathetic!!! 3 times we've taken time out of work to go here, went today, checked online said they closed at 6pm. We get there at 4:08 and there is a hand written sign on the door saying they are closing at 4:30 but the door is locked already. One customer comes out and we try to go in but they locked the door behind them and wouldn't open it. Oh and locking the exits is also illegal with customers inside btw. Seriously how many times do we need to go there during posted hours to find out you decided to close when you felt like it. Wont be going again ever. Thank you for wasting 4 people's time on 3 different occasions now. Btw the sign said closing at 430 due to heat. Like seriously? I work in a auto shop no ac and work on burning hot cars all day. Returning to Billerica brought them immense joy. There is nothing more pristine or light than this. Also, the pricing are just ridiculous; there's never a letdown! The locals are warm and humorous. You can find almost whatever you're searching for and more at this store. The best part is that many of the items are brand new and given by businesses that are taking advantage of the tax write-off and passing the savings on to us. They also have new cabinets if you need those. With each passing day, I discover something new, and that includes the kitchen sink. Along with that, I learned that 100% of the proceeds benefit the local community. You won't find a better secondhand store...
