I absolutely love bringing my 3 toddlers here to cool off in the summer! It's not too sunny. The park is always clean. Plenty of water spouts to run under and be sprayed by. There's also plenty of picnic tables to feed the kiddos or have a snack. I did notice cooking grills as well, so im sure you can grill up some grub over there as well. There are 2 benches to sit at. They also have restrooms and plenty of parking!! Before or after getting wet, there's a nice trail you can enjoy as well. I would highly recommend bringing your children to enjoy the cool water...

There are some smaller offshoot trails if you want to do a little more exploring as well. Dogs are welcome, so long as you pick up after them! There are some doggy waste bags and a dumpster at the beginning...

We've come here in the off season to enjoy the trails (there are little exercise stops along the way with equipment, if that excites you) but the major draw for my little one is the splash pad. We were so excited when it opened up again: it's free until June 27th and after that it will be $5/day or $50/season.
Helpful tip: to turn the water on again after the cycle finishes, just hold you hand on the black top of the red fire hydrant for 2-3 seconds and the sensor will kick it on again. Awesome place for people...
