We updated our kitchen with Megan Reed from BTB and had a really great experience overall. We had started out with a different company that didn't end up meeting our expectations in terms of detailed planning and collaboration, but once we made the switch to BTB we felt so much better. We had a vision of what we wanted and Megan expertly mocked up what we showed her, made us aware of all of our options along the way, walked us through the showroom, and let us borrow some samples to take home and compare with our paint and flooring scheme. The contract provided by BTB was very detailed and had drawings with dimensions, cabinet type, number of shelves, etc. all specified so we knew what we were getting (as much as possible anyway). This is exactly the level of detail and accuracy we were looking for considering how much a renovation of this size costs.

We had a little hiccup around install time, the installer had double booked us, but no project comes hiccup free. We were able to get back onto the install schedule and once things got moving Megan was super helpful following up about punch list items and making sure we were happy with how everything turned out.

Highly recommend!! We've had our cabinets for about a year and they're beautiful, high quality, and we get compliments every time someone new comes to visit. Before install we had some build complications, so the cabinets sat outside in a trailer longer than they should have, but even so, they installed well and look great. Slides are smooth, color and finish are beautiful. Staff has gone above and beyond through the whole process and has been lovely to work with, checking in through our build progress and offering helpful solutions to obstacles for us that were outside of their purview, and overall being wonderfully personable. With the Woodland line, I had some custom requests and they happily accommodated these, and added experienced input to be sure I was happy with the end results. We, as USA consumers, are blessed with many options for ordering quality cabinets. There is a lot of good stuff out there! Dealing with the structural limitations of a 25+ house plan required Debbie to imagine and implement cabinet selections and placement that compensated for these limitations. Her design-flow was exceptional. All of the uniqueness of the house and its beautiful location along Pryor Creek was preserved and enhanced without sacrificing cabinet function.
