After walking in at one competitor and being sticker shocked at a simple laptop diagnostic fee that was close to as much as a transmission fluid change (my touchscreen Lenovo got sticky monster juice all over it when it exploded in my laptop bag), I was then refused service across town the same day to replace a screen on my sons blu tablet... THIS is the guy who fixed it right, affordably enough replacement of my valuable items did not have to be the option. I don't expect overnight for a job well done. I call Dustin at 315 Tech my computer savior! I can't function, or at least work, without my computer and twice he's saved me and had me back in action in no time. Before finding 315, I called some of the other players here and the turn around time was much longer with no help available outside of M-F, 9-5. 315's prices are always incredibly reasonable. On top of it, Dustin's a former software engineer, not just a tech, so I'm always confident my devices are in good hands and they have been! And he always goes above and beyond.
