If I could give them a 0 I would. Went twice, showed them my device and asked for advice as I am not from the US and didnât know what would work. Twice I brought the liquid back let them try it in my vape (I changed the pods out twice too) they tried it themselves and said it was awful yet despite the manager telling me yesterday that if I brought it back Iâd be able to swap it or get a refund he then tell me that thatâs no longer the case and I need to buy something else. He was extremely rude and dismissive, I explained that I have worked in retail for many years and understand it is frustrating to deal with customers sometimes but the way he spoke to me and looked at me was disgusting, he then followed it up with Iâm going to have to ask you to leave youâre being disruptive because I said I wasnât happy that I had wasted 50 dollars on something they wrongly sold to me and told me Iâd be able to return.
Moody; unhelpful staff, bad attitude and clearly not very knowledgeable on vaping ironically. Also tried to throw the new guy under the bus saying he was new so thatâs why I was given the wrong advice, for the record the new guy was the only one who was polite in anyway and understood decent customer service. I opened my last disposable that I had purchased on my last visit a couple weeks ago, and it was defective. It would not work.
