American Classic Pizzeria — Restaurant in Billings

Id like to make this review just so you guys are aware. I ordered through slice and was given a time frame, it didn’t arrive on the scheduled time I requested but I waited for 30 more mins just in case the restaurant just got busy and they were running late. After 30 mins of no arrival, I called slice (bec the app wasn’t working for me) and wanted to check with them first if my order was on the way before I call the restaurant. I was told that it was left outside the front door because I didn’t leave an apartment number on my address and that they tried calling and I didn’t answer. I looked outside and my food was outside my apartment building and was sitting there for more than 30 mins. I checked my order and my APARTMENT NUMBER WAS CLEARLY LISTED AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. You guys should do better in delivery cause anyone could’ve just picked up this order not to mention MY FOOD WAS OUTSIDE OF MY BUILDING SITTING ON THE GROUND with no notification that it was SITTING OUTSIDE OF MY BUILDING ON THE GROUND. If I didn’t call slice, how would I know that my food is OUTSIDE OF MY BUIDLING SITTING...

The pizza was decent, the cheese was cheesy, the pepperoni slices were large, and the crust was of good thickness and crunchyness. It could have used a tad bit more cheese for my taste, but I liked it well enough.

I am all about supporting small businesses, so this was a plus for me. You have to order at a small window or call it in, but by the sound of some reviews, you will probably have a better experience if you swing by and order at the window and wait. It is a bit dark in the building because it's connected to a party place, that looks like it's only open when they have parties to host.

I did appreciate the small table next to the window with fliers and magazines about how to support local authority and how to maintain your constitutional rights.

Not many people will be of the same opinion about the quality of the pizza, so take this information as you will, and if you're up for it, swing by and try it...

I order from here on average twice a month especially during the summer the last three months it’s been a horrible experience to the point to where I refuse to order from here anymore. I ordered a taco pizza and a thin crust pizza pepperoni, and breadsticks with marinara a side of ranch and a side of sour cream. I verified with a driver who I gave an eight dollar tip two off of a $25 Ticket that everything was included once again it was not when I called and requested what I ordered the person that answered the phone basically told me to go to hell worst service I’ve ever witnessed and I am a small business owner myself. When they did supposedly bring me back what we ordered it was still incorrect so therefore I gave up and that’s after three months of ordering and never getting what I requested. I try to support local business owners but I do not recommend this...
