I would say that for anyone looking to work here...you will get highly disrespected when first hired. The cooks looked upset, and overworked perhaps and the back line looked disorderly, and unsanitary when the dinner rush was about to start. I graduated high school two years ago, and I have traveled through multiple states and cities, have met cool people, worked in different communities, and worked at many restaurant kitchens and was looking to obtain a food handlers card and continue to help restaurants gain better local recognition and help them keep the kitchen inspection grade at an above 80% rating as well as cooking genuinely fresh, properly cooked meals, and helping servers gain better tips and keep the restaurant at ahigh level functioning business. I was not communicated about a specific start time or about an orientation after I had been hired. Dani, one of the managers had mentioned coming in at 5 Monday night February 13, and then shown the front door for "missing orientation" I have text records that show no mention of the sort with phone calls either. It looks like I got fired immediately afterwards for poor management communication, which also makes me suspicious about the quality of work atmosphere and the food being served to the costumers. I would say that the waiters while they looked as they were doing fine and doing a great job serving and looking professional, that with the multiple restaurants I've worked at, that this is not the place to work at or build a career, and for costumers, I would be more weary of your food quality Hopefully, this is not a direct correlation with Red Robins company it self, but rather just this location, I will be investigating at the very least to make sure. I am a young 20 year old male that is willing to work whenever for even a couple hours a week, am very independent, and am willing to go the extra mile to make sure that a restaurant is working smoothly. With experience in higher dining nicer restaurants and understanding basic food handling, this does make me suspicious for any customers that eat here in reliance that they can be served the food correctly. Management is always a direct link to the very food costumers eat. Hopefully the food is cooked up to standard. I will see about calling around see if they are able to pass inspection, as I saw an earlier review for undercooked bacon and food, which if not investigated can be a huge problem that needs to...
Read moreMy family recently visited Red Robin for lunch on 7/3/2023, and our overall experience was a mix of frustration and appreciation. We had to wait for about 25 minutes before being seated, which was a bit longer than we expected. However, our main disappointment came from the restaurant's policy regarding seating families with children in the bar area.
We had our son with us, and although we were willing to sit at a table and order three meals, we were informed that children were not allowed in the bar area unless they were 16 years old or older. We found this policy inconsistent, as we noticed a child playing and hanging out in the bar area alone at a 6-top table. When we inquired about it, we were told it was the bartender's child. It was confusing why a child could be in the bar to socialize, yet we couldn't sit there and enjoy a meal with our child.
Nevertheless, our experience improved once we were finally seated in the main dining area, particularly due to the outstanding service provided by Katelynn. As soon as she became aware of our wait time, she promptly took action to ensure we could place our orders and get back to work. Katelynn's attentiveness and dedication turned our initially frustrating dining experience into an exceptional visit.
Despite the frustrating policy and long wait times, I am giving Red Robin a three-star rating. The inconsistency regarding seating families in the bar area is a significant drawback that should be addressed. However, Katelynn's exceptional service deserves a five-star rating. Her ability to turn a negative situation around and provide us with a pleasant dining experience is commendable.
We do plan to give Red Robin another chance in the future, knowing that the wait times can be long. Katelynn's outstanding service has left a positive impression on us, and we hope to have a more consistent experience next time. Thank you, Katelynn, for saving the day and making our...
Read moreThis is one of my favorite restaurant in Billings. My favorite are the Avo-Cobb-O Salad and the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap. The salad includes grilled chicken breast and boiled egg which provide enough protein for the meal, and avocado gives you good fat. I like the Balsamic sauce which is low calorie.
The Chicken Wrap is wrapped with spinach tortilla, and inside is filled with grilled chicken breast, cheddar, lettuce and Whiskey River BBQ sauce. It’s flavorful and juicy.

Updating for 11/15/2021 This time I ordered the Caesar Wrap, Boneless Chicken Wings and Crispy Chicken Salad.
Personally, I prefer the naked wings because I can avoid wasting if I choose the wrong sauce. This time I got the wings with sauce by coincidence, but I found them flavorful, and I also like the pineapple.
The Caesar Wrap was different from the Whisky BBQ Chicken Wrap, but it also had a lot of chicken in it and tasty too.
I love the crispy chicken very much, this salad was great too. It came with a lot of meat, and various fresh veggies on the bottom. Great to try it.

I loves the flavor after I tried the wings with sauce last time. The wings were always great.
The salad came with the grilled chicken and vegetables which is good for someone who needs...
