The staff at Greenleaf's were kind, knowledgeable, and very patient as my husband and I selected a wedding band. They made the experience fun and went the extra mile to help us identify the style that felt right for us. Gabbi was great to work with throughout the process. She found a band that beautifully complemented the engagement ring that I had inherited from a family member. As a local business, they offered technical information specific to my finger and band that I wouldn't have known without their expertise. I'm glad I walked into a brick and mortar store for in-person guidance about materials, craftsmanship, and style. I see my ring every day, so I appreciate having peace of mind that its care is in good hands with Greenleaf's. Read moreI had an INCREDIBLE experience at Greenleaf's and am a lifelong customer from now on. I live in Nashville and happened to be in Billings to visit my boyfriend's family. The stunning jewelry, affable staff, and incredible prices blow every jewelry store in Nashville out of the water (trust me!). You will not find a better jewelry store and have a better experience than at Greenleaf's. Gabi helped me get the engagement ring and wedding band of my dreams on a graduate student's salary. She was patient and took her time with us. I left not only feeling cared for and listened to, but also well educated about the processes that go into making and maintaining jewelry. This was the BEST experience for us and I suspect that it'll be the same way for many others! If you're in the market for any kind of jewelry, jewelry repair, or jewelry maintenance,...
Read moreReview of Greenleaf Jewelers in Billings, MT. I brought in several pieces of jewelry for cash and for consignment. One of the pieces I brought in I left to have evaluated for consignment only. Just an evaluation. When I went in to see the result of the evaluation, my ring had four stones out of the setting and was told that one was lab simulated, they gave me a consignment price of $5,000 of which they would get 40%. I immediately asked for ALL my jewelry back. It cost me $800 to have my ring repaired after they handled it and I got an appraisal done at the same time. There were no lab simulated diamonds, which I knew because the ring is very old. The appraisal came back at $21,261.00. I believe Greenleaf was trying to acquire my ring for a fraction of the value. Shame on them!!! Crooks. BTW they took my...
