I don't like giving bad reviews. But this place? My husband got off work at 4:30. Put in his order. The guy at the front desk, though nice, said 30 minutes. Well, 1 HOUR later the 3 items my husband ordered were FINALLY done. And only an apology. Then he finally got home and here the BIG issue. We bought Tum Kha for me. I thought they had put tomato sauce in it. We ordered it at a level 2 out of 10. It is an 8 or more. There's so much spice that there is a chili oil slick on the top of my soup that should be white!!! It's so hot I cannot eat it. So I'm out dinner. The Crab Rangoon is a complete joke! You were lucky if there is any crab in the cream cheese. It doesn't taste like anything either, just fried wonton with cream cheese. My husband's Pad Tai also was way too hot. He said his was more a 5 but he tolerated it because he was so hungry.
I am so frustrated. 1 hour for a meal that was less then acceptable and frankly inedible. I will not be giving them my business ever again. FYI- it was not even slightly busy when my husband went there. So no excuses on that front. I want to post a photo of my inedible soup. So sad. I'm sooooo hungry, guess I have to eat something else in...
Read moreMy favorite restaurant! I eat here 2-3 a week. I’m vegan and they always accommodate. The pad Thai is the best I have ever had and I lived in Seattle for 4 years. I have heard the curry is amazing, especially the panang. Any of the fried chicken looks good (and is great per my family) they even package it so that it doesn’t get soggy. Some say the service is subpar... let me explain, the service is great. It’s a family owned business. The father and owner knows all regulars and is very friendly. The children are the wait staff, they don’t want to over dote on you so if you are a high maintenance person that needs too much attention while you eat, yeah you might be disappointed. It is prompt and good, end of story. The timing of food takes longer since it is all made to order! So be patient it is worth it. Try it out. And if you are worried on spice, 3 is always safe to start with ask them if the peppers are on the hotter side or not. Different times of the year the peppers are hotter. Again my most favorite...
Read moreFirst off, we go in expecting a nice sit down experience; however, all the booths were filthy and cluttered leaving us with no where to sit. This was surprising considering there were at least 4 people working while two of them sat on their phones. Once we finally found seating, we open the menu to find everything is horribly overpriced. There is no reason that their food should be so expensive when you can go down the street and get noodle house, where they give you more, better food for half the price. Once we finally got our food, which took an hour and a half to get out even while there were only 2 other tables besides us, it was bland. Later that night, both me and my wife got nauseous and sick from the food. Very disappointing considering we wanted to try supporting a local restaurant. Also pointing out how rude the owners are in their responses to other people’s reviews. Will not be coming back to support such snarky people with disgusting,...
