Went in to price match a movie to Amazon and the customer service employee I spoke with became extremely aggressive with me and lied straight to my face telling me they don't price match amazon and that their system wont even let them select amazon. I went to my car and looked up who they price match and Amazon was the first store listed. So I went back into the store and when I get to customer service the first thing I hear is the same employee bragging about how rude she was and about she basically forced me out of the store. I showed her the target page listing places they price match and she got angry again and began shouting over the radio for someone to come up and it turns put she was calling security on me. He asks me what's going on and I show him the page about price matching Amazon. They then claimed my price match was a prime price. So I told them to check themselves and I signed out and showed them the price is still the same. During this I brought up how the customer service employee treated me and she of course denied it and became aggressive again. Finally they call up a SFL and he verified that it is not a Amazon prime price and price matches it. I have called the store manager to report it. I dont know if anything will be done despite her assuring me she would address it. This entire time all of this is happening I was being extremely calm and respectful. Read moreI don’t normally make reviews but this place has actually infuriated me. Moved to this pharmacy cause I was having issues with my last one. Little did I know those issues are nothing compared to this one. Had my refill sent in on Monday it’s currently Saturday and still hasn’t been filled. Called them 3 times now throughout the week to see what’s going on. First time insurance wouldn’t pay for it. And they didn’t inform me so I was stuck waiting 3 days thinking maybe they’re just busy. But no they just decided to say nothing and not tell me. Second time I called them I told them I would just pay for the medication without insurance and they said ok it would be ready in 3 hours. It’s now been over 24 hours since the time they said it would be ready. This is the third prescription I’ve had sent here and EVERY one I’ve had here has had some kind of ridiculous issue where they could simply call me to resolve. The woman who took my calls was also kind of rude. They almost act like it’s your fault when you’re having issues. If you wanna save yourself time and issues do not use this pharmacy at all. Read moreJORDON, the manager tonight. Useless. 1030pm, people are trying to checkout. Huge line. ONE checkout open. Self checkouts are closed. I can actually see 9 employees. Doing??? One tried to make excuses. Said, you can go and talk to my Manager Jordon. Manager replies in radio that she was busy. Yep, sh was. SHE was over at Ulta kiosk, checking out. What??? She is checking out, while working? And customers are lined up??? I said that I can see 9 employees from where I stand, and there is a huge line.
JORDON then proceeded to tell me that she would just take my items, that I had in my hand, and I could leave. Again, WHAT???
Trust me when I say, I wish that I could have done that. I needed 3 totes to match others that I had. And sadly, they are Target exclusive items.
I’d go and replace them all from somewhere else ifI ever needed one more.
The people in line behind me were also complaining.
I’m done with you Target. Your managers are awful.
