I wish they offered bird poop -free carts. Every single cart I grab has bird poop all over it. It's disgusting! I have to put my food supplies in those things. I am very close to buying my own collapsible cart to use. That is a problem at all the different grocery stores I visit. Every time the check out asks me if the store was clean I hit NO, because of the filthy carts. This store runs out of the organic brands I buy quite often. I wish they were able to make more room for those brands. That being said, I am grateful that they have been getting more organic brands in. I dislike the deli. I went there recently to get a rotisserie chicken right around dinner time. There weren't any on the heat shelf so I asked one of the women behind the counter how long until the next batch comes out and she said they had the ovens on the cleaning cycles. Because dinner time is a good time to clean the ovens, right? Another time at the deli, one of the ladies gave me ham instead of the turkey I asked for. I didn't notice until I returned home. It's a 15 minute drive so it's not convient. I don't buy meats at the deli anymore. Also, I bought a dozen fresh baked donuts and some of them were over baked, very dry and tough. The deli/baking team needs some improvement. The other workers along my route in the store are very helpful and friendly. So...

This store is a nightmare. It's set up in a way just so people can buy more stuff that isn't usually In can the section they are in. (it's a marketing tactic) it is highly disorganized and messy! You have to walk across almost the entire store to get dairy and eggs just so other non grocery isles have to be walked through! sadistic for the store manager to set it up this way because old people have to go across half a football field just to get milk! I go in here and can never find anything and it's not even semi organized like most stores. you can't find things where they should be and it's all very cluttered and products are in random areas making my shopping trip far longer than it should be. Always tons of product carts in the middle of the isle way and employees get an attitude with me. I honestly have never had an issue with a grocery store until now. I’ve been shopping here for years now. My partner and I just tried the app at this location for the first time. We had separate orders but thought nothing of it because of other apps we’ve tried that are very similar. We had issues when we got up to the register, with neither of the orders coming up and none of our items shown as being scanned. I could not pull up my scan history either to show that I had scanned everything, due to the glitchy app. Because nothing showed up correctly we were stood on top of the entire time we scanned our items by the self checkout attendant and the MOD. Very very uncomfortable situation especially as the MOD stood there with a broken gallon of milk just to watch me scan all of my items.
