I never complain however this time I have to say something. We got our regular stuff we get every day...yes every day and it was off...meaning not right however we were already on the freeway by the time I noticed. I mentioned it to Manger/ owner the next day hoping she would take care of this. Although she remembered us fully even to the point that we slightly changed order she wouldn't do anything for us not even a slight rub. She said " All I can do is apologize but it was made right I watched it done myself ". We spend a minimum of $11.00 a day so minimum $77.00 a week x 52 weeks which is over $4000 a year...really over a $11 order? I tried to continue going there the next few days however...sorry That's okay....we will take our buisness somewhere else just out of principle because she still had opportunities to fix it seeing our faces again and again.
