KFC — Restaurant in Birch Run Township

I am stymied at what I saw here. 3 cars in drive-through, nobody in the lobby. Went to place my order, young man was interupting me through the whole thing. He seemed a little confused, so I let it go. Total was 80 bucks. I was counting the money, he snatched the fifties out of my hand. Holy cats! Social awkwardness! Next guy comes in to order, and it happened: dark haired girl stomps out from the back, and declares that they cannot take his order because, and I quote: "We are just too busy" and "Too many customers". In the meantime, someone who had been waiting for some time outside came in to check the status of her order. She, the guy standing there, the money snatching employee and I ...were flummoxed. We asked her to repeat herself and she did: boldly. "Too busy for any more customers." She basically told that guy to leave. Just a middle aged guy there to pick up some chicken. I couldn't believe it. So my order came up, and I unpacked it to check it. Meanwhile the middle aged guy stormed out. The poor girl who was before me is still waiting, we're expressing our dismay at what just happened. The employee from the back who had essentially declared the business didn't need to make any more money that night then came around to holler at the poor little guy at the counter. I told him he did fine and not to let her mistreat him. Then he shocked me by saying: "I don't (let her). She's just a b*." Woah!! Then he said it again. Why do these folks feel the need to offend twice? Look. I don't know who is running the show here, but I had to send that poor kid back into the kitchen to fill up the side dishes. They had maybe 2 tablespoons of food in them. This was scary on so many levels. The restroom was filthy. No way to dry your hands. No manager to be seen. If that angry gal WAS the manager... you have a problem bigger than a Google review can help. I won't even mention the cooks' inability to count on a sixteen piece meal. If I owned this place I'd be through the roof....

Is this locations staff trying to tank this restaurant?! One car ahead of me waiting, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait for a 10 piece meal, and they were out of extra crispy. 25min wait when the chicken only takes 12-15min to fry fresh?! OK, fine, I'll wait. The cashier sounded shocked that I said I'd wait. So I pull around to pay, there's 2 staff outside smoking next to the door, and once it started to rain, they went to their car to smoke. Appeared that only one staff was left inside and she was running the drive thru turning car after car away. What a huge loss of business! I get that workers get breaks, but why send 2 out of 3 staff working to break at the same time? At the 30min mark I called the store to find out how much longer for my food, nobody answered. At the 35min mark I finally got my food brought to my car. I got home and was missing a gravy and the chicken was mediocre at best. Last week I went to this location for a chicken meal and was told there would be at least a 15min wait, in which I chose not to wait. Why are the waits for chicken so long when cars are steadily pulling into the drive thru to order? Is this fast food now frying to order? If so, I could just go to a sit down restaurant. I'm just baffled, no other KFC around is like this. Plus the indoor dining is closed, doors are locked. I'm a local but will not return. Extremely...

Went threw the drive through order the family 8 pc bucket with 3 sides she asked if I wanted 2 mashed potatoes and coleslaw I said I wanted a Mac and cheese instead of cole slaw. Plus an extra large fry get to the window they tell me the fryer isn’t working I said ok give me another mashed potato. She said ok that’s fine I get home open my bag and only had 2 of the 4 sides call up there she tells me to bring the receipt and they would give me my other 2 sides when I do go up there they try telling me they don’t have to honor there sign that I’m not getting my other 2 sides that I can call cooperate cause they won’t to nothing about it. I kept saying fine me my 2 sides you owe me she finnaly gave 1 of the 2 and said that was I was getting didn’t care what I said to call the corporate office and good luck getting what I’m owed if I did t leave there calling the cops they don’t care what there sign says they don’t have to honor it. So I did call corporate and they said the sign was right and I should of got all my sides and filled a complaint.
