I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership. I've been lied to so many times in a month that it's pathetic. I was going to buy a bass boat out of state until I came across the bass boat that I really liked from this place. I own a local small business and I would never ever conduct business the way this place has. If you want to be jerked around by all means come to this place and it'll be the worst buying experience of your entire life and you will be sure to regret it. I could go on and on about this place but I'm choosing not too. I absolutely do not trust a word that this place says. If you know someone who works for this place you might have a better experience, if not be prepared for the worst buying experience of your life. I average buying 2 toys a year. This place will never see my business again. For a boat that listed in excellent condition. The lower unit had to be rebuilt before I could even bring it home. A month later I finally got the call after numerous calls saying it still wasn't ready. I finally get a call saying it's ready and the keys didn't even work for the lockable...

Driving to our lake house for the guys annual fall fishing trip from our friends house in stone lake. Hear a strange sound as i leave with the boat/trailer. Sheared off a bolt on the back cross beam with the rollers, have an inch of road clearance. Got it ratchet strapped up to have 5" of clearance...limp it over to the dealership. Talk to Cal, he says they are swamped, can look at it tuesday when they reopenits a saturday around 1030am ...i tell him we have 7 guys on our trip, two boats...ask him if please, is there anything we can do to save the fishing trip?

He worked on it for quite awhile to get the sheared off pin removed but Cal had me back on the road in an hour. He went above and beyond what you could reasonably expect considering how busy they were. It saved our trip, and this isnt the first emergency we've had on a saturday fishing trip that they have saved our bacon. Great, great, great customer service...cant recommend Cal and his team enough for any needs you have. Thank you so much Cal, cant tell you how...

I had a bad fuel pump on my Princecraft pontoon boat. Airtec Birchwood sorted me out and fixed the problem. They made it super easy for me because I was able to drop off and pick up after hours. They took care of the payment because it was still under warranty. I left it with them with the cover on because I wanted to protect the interior of my new boat. When it was finished, they re-installed the cover. Small details make a big difference. Thanks Airtec Birchwood!!

Update 9/9/25: Airtec came through again, fixing my water pump. Got me on the lake in time for Labor Day weekend. Angie was professional as ever. Thanks...
