Office Depot — Local services in Birmingham

The lines were long in customer service. There was another line for checkout that grew long as well but an employee that had been stocking merchandise opened an additional checkout line to get customers out and then went to customer service to help there. Mind you, this particular employee was the same one that asked customers if they needed help with anything while they shopped. I thought that was awesome. I use office stores all over Birmingham, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, especially for printing needs and this one, hands down, is my favorite! I have NEVER come in to get something printed or copied to find all the equipment "out of service". The staff are always helpful and calm. Even when 15 people are standing at the desk and all the self-service stations are demanding paper or other attention, the staff are calm, cool and polite. Really gross and dirty store. Trash all over the shelves and lousy service. Sorry I skipped an Amazon Prime order. 2 days would have been worth the wait. I am shocked by all the 5 star reviews.
